Dish Bistro

Last night Cameron and I went to Dish Bistro (www.dishbistro.com.au) and enjoyed a wide range of Tapas. The Tapas reminded us of Spain and the late carefree nights we would spend snacking of various bite-sized dishes. I felt the Tapas at Dish were made with more care and attention than some of the quick Tapas that were churned out in Spain, but that is probably a reflection of our budget while travelling. I loved the seared scallops with mojo pican and chickpea puree on a gluten-free bread (slightly crisped) and even the Seared Morcilla with Red Briased Vegetables & Saffron Alioli on gluten-free bread (also slightly crisped). If you don't know what Morcilla is - don't ask until you have finished it and it will taste great.

Type of food available: Mediterranean, Modern Australian & Spanish
Price Range $$ ($49pp for the Tapas feast, but I guess this was entree, main & desert equivalent)
Overall food rating 4/5
Gluten Free Rating 4/5 (most things could be done Gluten-Free)
Service 3/5 (Waiter service was great, but the food was slow coming out)
Value 3/5

Overall impact on ability to exercise 0/5 (because the food came out late I slept in and missed training)
